We know where you're coming from and we can certainly help.
Here's our advice:
- Of course, become familiar with the Bluebeam Revu interface by going here and clicking on the "Getting Started" topic in the upper left corner of the videos. You should see a few videos about Navigation and other basic application features. It's best to watch those first.
- Then, please review the video entitled "PDF Markup"
- Since you're used to traditional markups/redlines, the markups we recommend starting to practice with are the Callout Tool, the Cloud+ Tool, the Text Box tool, the Flag Tool (Windows), the Highlighter Tool, the Line Tool, and the Arrow Tool.
- When crossing out drawing elements on a PDF, as you may have previously done by drawing a large X with a red pen over those elements, we recommend using a single thick line on a diagonal. This will create a single markup for the recipient to address.
