No, it is not.
Final Quality Renderworks is simply a preset collection of render settings with all or most of the options set to "high".
(Please note that since most of the options are set to "high", your renderings may be taking longer that you would like because some of the options are set higher than needed for your rendering. If you are seeing long render times, we suggest using a different render mode or creating your own Custom Renderworks Style that will provide better looking results faster than Final Quality Renderworks.)
Renderworks can create near-photorealistic renderings by knowing how the settings work and building a model with the appropriate textures & lighting.
