The Debug menu that appeared starting with Vectorworks 2018 SP3 is developer menu that was accidentally left in the software when SP3 was released.
If you would like to remove it, simply quit Vectorworks then delete the item named “DebugModule.vwlibrary” from the Vectorworks 2018 application folder > Plugins folder and then restart the application.
