Windows computers will let you "enter" the zip file that you downloaded by double-clicking on it, but you won't be able to use what's in it. Instead, do the steps outlined below.
1) Right-click on the Zip file and choose "Extract".
2) Double-click on the resulting file and proceed with the update instructions.
AGAIN, DO NOT DOUBLE CLICK THE ZIP FILE THAT WAS DOWNLOADED.
