Technical Support for Vectorworks is the process of assisting users with technical issues & oddities with their Vectorworks files and Vectorworks in general. If a user's Vectorworks file is not behaving as it should, given proper use of Vectorworks, then Paxar can assist with technical support. If Vectorworks itself is behaving oddly, given proper use of the application, then Paxar can assist with Technical Support as well.*

  • Note that Technical Support is not explaining how to use Vectorworks properly. (Explaining how to use Vectorworks is Training.)

More information about the Vectorworks Technical Support that Paxar provides, including the duration of technical support that is included with your Vectorworks purchase, can be found here.

  • If you are a Vectorworks Service Select member, the Service Select website includes an entire section of training material. This training material is just one of the excellent benefits of being a Vectorworks Service Select member. Paxar strongly recommends Service Select members reviewed this training material so as to make the best use of their software.

(*It is important to keep in mind that Vectorworks, like all professional software, is extensively tested prior to release. However, the creators of no software can predict exactly how users will use their software and all the various combinations of computers, hardware and other software than may interact with their software. Occasionally issues occur with these various combinations and Vectorworks Inc works hard to deal with issues.)
